(1) What are MRpoter, IReporter and Screen Capture?
MReporter
MReporter application is mobile/web application by which user (MReporter) can capture images from Mobile camera and upload it to the live web server at regular interval of times.
Basic functionality of application is Mobile application will capture images from its default camera device and upload it to the live web server at regular interval of times. End user can view these images at same point to time as well as later he/she can maintain theirs account. End-user can view those images on the pre-specified web URL.
IReporter
IReporter application is webcam and PC based application by which user can capture images using webcam and upload it to the live web server at regular interval of times. End-user can view those images on the pre-specified web URL.
User can broad cast those images by giving user name and password. So anybody can see those webcam recordings from any place at any time.
Screen Capture
Screen Capture is windows PC based application which captures desktop activities and uploads it to live web server at regular interval of times. End-user can view those images on the pre-specified web URL.

We have tested this application successfully on:

(3) Why should I use MRpoter?
M Reporter application is mobile/web application by which user ( MReporter ) can capture images from Mobile camera and upload it to the live web server at regular interval of times. (5) What are technical requirements for IReporter?
You will only required web cam (good quality of cam is recommended for best result) and IReporter application installed on your PC (OS of the PC can be Vista, XP, windows 2000 etc… and 20GB Hard disk space and 64 RAM is min is recommended).
(6) What are major application areas of IReporter?
You can use IReporter as surveillance camera for office or home or shop as all you need is web cam and PC.
(7) Can I use CCTV with IRpopter?
Yes if your CCTV stores images in different folder but if your CCTV store images in VAI then it is not possible.
(8) What are major application areas for Screen Capture?
It can be used by Banks, BPO and IT companies where one required monitoring staff's desktop activity while working with sensitive information.

(11) What is my “mcameraapps” site's login information? How will I get one? What of I forget my password?
You will get the site's login information when you register for the product. If you have misplaced the details you can call or email support person and they will retrieve information for you. If you have just forgot the password then you can follow the link on sing in page saying “forget password” and you can retrieve your password.
(12) Can I store images on my personal server and not on your mcameraapps server?
Yes you can do it. You need to contact us to customize the changes to do so. |
